Job Description
We are searching for a highly motivated Senior Specialist in International payroll team of our HR Center. In this role, you will be mainly responsible for the realization of handling content and technical aspects of International Payroll area for all locations in scope of the HR Service within Central Eastern Europe.

Your tasks will be:

  • Determine and contribute to the formulation of HRS strategy activities on a short-, medium- and long-term basis in line with the Global Services strategy.
  • Create and deliver International Payroll blueprint concept as part of the HR Service Hub for Central and Eastern Europe in Budapest, Hungary based on Bosch internal and external benchmarks
  • Successfully influence HR payroll teams across all countries and Management Team on risk assessment / compliance activities – including leading the roll out of new initiatives.
  • Drive payroll transition projects and the standardization/harmonization / automation /good practice sharing of all HR and Payroll and connected administration processes, utilizing, and contributing towards the development of new HR-IT tools to support the wider business in line with the HR Service Model.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels across all internal and external parties, challenging the ‘status quo’ to ensure delivery of targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educated to a degree or similar level.
  • You have 7+ years of previous experience in the field of HR, in multinational environment or in shared services and you have at least 5 years experience in international payroll field.
  • Aware of the bigger picture, understand wider implications of actions
  • You can make decisions and select solutions self-sufficiently based on your analytical skillset, as well as coordinate across hierarchical levels in case of routine questions within the area of expertise.
  • Project management experience with proven track record
  • Experience in KPI development, design and follow-up
  • Proficient in Microsoft IT packages, in particular Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Solution oriented and flexible to adjust perspective accordingly whilst striving for the targets end goals.
  • Knowledge and technical experience with systems and data visualisation and Power BI is an advantage
  • Able to organise and prioritise tasks effectively, customer orientated with an empathetic approach, improvement and digital mindset.
  • You have advanced English and Hungarian skills (written and spoken). Other foreign languages are beneficial (especially Serbian or Slovakian/Czech).
