Responsibilities:

WHAT THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE

The responsibilities of your role will include the following:

  • Develop, implement and analyze manufacturing engineering plans and projects and communicate them to internal and external customers.
  • Define, develop and transfer manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies and systems.
  • Develop manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes.
  • Actively participate with engineering project teams in order to coordinate the release of new products.
  • Estimate and track manufacturing costs, determines time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
  • Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.

The role requires the following experience and skills:

  • Strong knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • Must have a well-rounded background with Manufacturing Engineering experience in a high-tech environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience, OR Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
  • Experience with electronics, electrics, automation designing and configuration management
  • Experience with engineering change and product life cycle management
  • Lean certification or equivalent industry experience
  • Fluent in English and Polish language (written and verbal
