Description:
YOU WILL:
- Guide the FCMA and Elite Pathways Membership Application process in the region, providing excellent service, feedback, and process management for candidates
- Manage deferred FCMA/Elite Pathways Membership Applications and guide to membership.
- Implement regional strategies to provide a and pipeline of exam complete students to ensure continuity and long-term membership conversion goals
- Facilitate Regional Staff training on all relevant aspects of membership to increase targets are met.
- Engage Country Managers and Markets on strategy to ensure sustainable membership intakes.
- Work with Global teams to ensure the region is compliant and support the regional retention campaign bring according to the retention strategy
- Manage all aspects of assigned events: market relevant or regional events or global events
- Develop event strategy, event communications plan, budget, and goals.
- Manage the daily planning in-person and virtual events, industry conferences, and trade shows, including pre- and post-event communications and attendee management- related to product and revenue related events and use relevant platforms for provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of event systems and revenue.
- Collaborate across departments, across the entire organization and CoEs to contribute to meeting design, agenda development, brand building, negotiate sponsorship deals and event communications to meet global standards
- Managing member and student/other partner satisfaction and reporting
- Collaboration with partners and customer partner relationships with Country Managers, Africa team members, global CoE team
- Manage procurement and payment process relevant to this role, also monthly reporting

Responsibilities:
Responsible for Elite Pathways and FCMA Membership Conversion in the Region. Support the Association’s Africa markets’ country heads whose responsibility to ensure the growth of the CGMA membership base and provide high-quality service to members and candidates.
You will be also required to manage and market multiple events in Africa, ensuring that the target audience is engaged, participate adequately and important messages are marketed, contributing to an outstanding customer journey and experience. You will report to Associate Director – Marketing Africa
