Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management within the financial services industry, with a proven track record in product launches and customer acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of digital tools and techniques.
Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Senior Specialist in Product Management, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing launch strategies for both new and existing products within Retail Banking. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute launches on time and drive adoption
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and features, focusing on adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the research team to identify gaps and opportunities
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure products meet market needs and regulatory standards.
- Work with the Marketing team to aid customer acquisition campaigns through data analytics to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Analyze product performance metrics post-launch and iterate on strategies to
improve them.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, data science, and customer support, to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Present product and campaign results to senior management with clear ROI and performance indicators.
