Description:
Qiddiya Investment Company, a leading Real Estate company, is seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Senior Specialist for Uptown Development. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Uptown Development team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the department.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the Uptown Development team
- Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and other documents
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending tasks
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies
- Provide support and coordination for special projects and events
