Responsibilities:

This role is instrumental in implementing and delivering an operational and strategic workforce planning framework. The Senior Specialist acts as a consultative partner and builds relationships with all business units/stakeholders and external sources as related to the development of workforce planning, succession planning and recruitment strategies.
Our ideal coworker has strong active listening skills, is self-directed, influential, empathetic, creative, loves problem solving and has a passion for learning. They also have a strong understanding of people data, understand the application of workforce planning activities, are able to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization and work collaboratively with all areas of P&C. They will have the ability to visualize data and tell a story through presentation. It’s critical you have a strategic mindset and can quickly learn BCLC’s business to ensure BCLC has the right people to deliver on exceptional gambling entertainment, today and tomorrow. We are looking for someone who knows how to manage their time effectively and can prioritize the tasks in front of them.
