This role is instrumental in implementing and delivering an operational and strategic workforce planning framework. The Senior Specialist acts as a consultative partner and builds relationships with all business units/stakeholders and external sources as related to the development of workforce planning, succession planning and recruitment strategies.
Our ideal coworker has strong active listening skills, is self-directed, influential, empathetic, creative, loves problem solving and has a passion for learning. They also have a strong understanding of people data, understand the application of workforce planning activities, are able to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization and work collaboratively with all areas of P&C. They will have the ability to visualize data and tell a story through presentation. It’s critical you have a strategic mindset and can quickly learn BCLC’s business to ensure BCLC has the right people to deliver on exceptional gambling entertainment, today and tomorrow.
