The Harry’s Inc working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our beautiful 70,000 square foot SoHo office is decked out with bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks everyday. As a Senior Staff Engineer - Data, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Harry’s & Flamingo’s data engineering strategy within our broader Data Team. This position requires deep technical expertise, a passion for data-driven solutions, and a proven ability to deliver impactful data engineering outcomes. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing scalable data pipelines, enabling robust data ingestion and analytics, and ensuring data is readily accessible and actionable for stakeholders.
In this role, you will drive initiatives that maximize the value of data across the organization, empower cross-functional teams with timely and reliable insights, and collaborate with leadership and partners to align data engineering efforts with business priorities. Your work will accelerate how quickly data can support decision-making and deliver measurable value across Harry’s & Flamingo.
