TECH SKILLS

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We do not expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these, or a willing to learn these skillsets (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team!

  • Developing and designing workflow applications using Pega & Appian
  • Pega CLSA Certified on version 8.x or equivalent is required
  • Hand on experience with Appian or Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate))
  • Cloud domain knowledge with an AWS or Azure Certification
  • Agile, SDLC, and Iterative
  • Various hosting patterns like Pega SaaS, AWS, Azure
  • DevOps
  • Object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills
  • Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery
  • Version control systems, particularly Git, and branching strategies
  • Monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Observe, or Splunk.
  • Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in the software development lifecycle.
  • Expertise in automation frameworks and tools for testing, deployment, and infrastructure management
