TECH SKILLS
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We do not expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these, or a willing to learn these skillsets (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team!
- Developing and designing workflow applications using Pega & Appian
- Pega CLSA Certified on version 8.x or equivalent is required
- Hand on experience with Appian or Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate))
- Cloud domain knowledge with an AWS or Azure Certification
- Agile, SDLC, and Iterative
- Various hosting patterns like Pega SaaS, AWS, Azure
- DevOps
- Object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills
- Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery
- Version control systems, particularly Git, and branching strategies
- Monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Observe, or Splunk.
- Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in the software development lifecycle.
- Expertise in automation frameworks and tools for testing, deployment, and infrastructure management
