Our core business areas include biostatistics, clinical data management and medical writing. We provide research services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and food companies. As we are growing, we are seeking a new colleague to join our Biocomputing team within our Data Science & Analytics Department.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics or a related field. Master or PhD degree in Statistics, Biostatistics is considered as an advantage.
  • Extensive experience in statistical programming role
  • Former experience in pharmaceutical industry or CRO environment is a great plus
  • Familiarity with CDISC standards
  • Expert knowledge of SAS programming
  • Proficient in other programming languages such as R or Python
  • Experience with clinical trial data
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English both in spoken and in written

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE IN OUR MISSION:

As a Senior Statistical Programmer, you will play a critical role in our continuous growth and success. You will have the overall responsibility of programming activities in clinical studies and regulatory submissions. You will work closely together with Clinical Data Managers and Biostatisticians to ensure programming activities are in line with other activities. You will directly report to the Head of Biocomputing and work closely with our local and global customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing and coordinating programming activities in clinical studies and regulatory submissions
  • Specifying, creating and validating SAS datasets by applying CDISC data standards (SDTM and ADaM)
  • Prepare the Tables, Figures and Listing (TFL) specifications and develop and validate the final TFLs
  • Performing QC checks on programmed outputs
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships with excellent communications
  • Supporting internal process development, standard macro development and business development tasks
  • Providing leadership and mentoring to junior programmers
