CAREER OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Assistant Team Leader to join our Summerside store team. The ideal candidate is driven by a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, has a genuine passion for people management and development, and brings a strong track record of growing store sales. Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of retail store operations to protect and maximize sales results.
- Proactively make each client’s visit a delightful and memorable customer service experience.
- Educate clients through consultative selling, promoting new products and knowledge of promotions.
- Assist in the development and execution of annual and quarterly business plans to facilitate KPI goal achievement.
- Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, mentoring, and accountability for employees.
- Support the recruiting, hiring, and orientation processes for assigned stores.
- Work effectively as a team, use and learn from each other’s knowledge and support your co-workers.
- Demonstrate our company culture and values.
- Perform other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & CORE COMPETENCIES
- High School diploma or GED certificate; secondary education preferred
- Hair, Esthetic, or other industry license is a plus
- 2+ years of customer service/retail sales experience
- 1+ years of management experience
- Leadership qualities to inspire, motivate, and positively influence team members
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to shift priorities as required
- Adaptable and capable of leading through change
- Commitment to continuous learning, development, and team education
