QUALIFICATIONS
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A MSc Degree in Finance, business, or other relevant academic degree combined with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategic finance, experience in the global finance and pharmaceutical industry will be considered a strong advantage.
- Profound analytical and problem-solving skills to organize and synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.
- The ability to think strategically and align financial analysis with overall business strategy, understanding the impact of financial decisions on the organization’s long-term goals.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including experience with complex financial modeling and cost forecasting.
- Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the process for long term strategic forecasting for the SVP area, including preparing recommendations to support business decision making.
- Independently driving cross-functional business cases and ad-hoc projects from idea to recommendations based on solid financial analysis.
- Designing and tracking financial KPIs to evaluate manufacturing performance.
- Partnering with AM sites to facilitate development of relevant financial scenarios
