About you: As a Strategic Monitoring Officer / Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled Risk Data Analysts using analytical tools and models to implement effective risk strategies and automation solutions. Your role will be key in ensuring a smooth onboarding journey for our customers, reducing merchant and fraud risk. Day-to-day, you will: • Lead a team of Risk Data Analysts across the UK and Romania. • Develop automation tools and dashboards to streamline risk assessment and track performance. • Collaborate with merchant investigations and fraud teams to ensure effective monitoring. • Serve as the primary point of contact and leader for the Risk and Compliance team in Romania. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Previous experience in data analytics within the payments industry. • Proficiency in SQL, with experience in Python or R and visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBi. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer and stakeholder focus. • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
