Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for partnering with clients and agency team leads to create and optimize digital marketing strategy for each brand in your portfolio of client accounts, as well as recommending strategic pivots to these strategies based on performance metrics.
- Lead key client accounts in the design and presentation of multi-channel marketing strategy and communications plans for major marketing initiatives (e.g. product launch, seasonal campaign, new website architecture, customer journey mapping);
- Determine KPIs to measure and track success, interpret key marketing performance data insights and deliver client presentations outlining your plans to optimize performance;
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic recommendations;
- Help the agency to refine current strategic services and develop new offerings;
- Own quality and completeness of all internal project briefs written about your accounts (translating a client ask into a solid strategy and plan of action);
- Be an advisory voice on all agency work: thinking partner for clients and agency teams.
