To support the continuous progress of Danske Bank’s corporate brand, we are looking for a structured and impact-driven senior strategy consultant with a well-developed consulting toolbox in place. You will work to lead strategic projects based on your analytical approach, proven brand strategic experience and creative mindset that understands the value of storytelling.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate has a fundamental understanding of all elements in the brand strategy toolbox and a experience with applying this to concrete solutions. Furthermore, you are structured and process-savvy, enabling steady progress in the projects you drive and a high need to deliver as expected.
We are looking for a candidate that ideally have the following qualifications and personality traits:
- +5 years of experience in strategic brand management or related strategic consulting roles, preferably in large corporate context.
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comprehensive project management skills, based on a consulting toolbox
- Profound understanding of brand positioning in the corporate space.
- Experience with developing and driving brand strategy in a large corporation
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, securing alignment in complex organisation
- A strategic mindset and ability to be hypothesis and process driven
- A team player that is aware of how to play your part to support the team in the best possible way

Responsibilities:
In the role as Senior Strategy Consultant, Corporate Brand, you will be a key part of the team, that develop the corporate brand strategy for Danske Bank and the toolbox that supports the development. You will be responsible for leading a portfolio of strategic brand projects, requiring a solid experience of driving structured processes to deliver on time.
As a person you bring an ability to be concrete and hypothesis driven, rather than reflecting in overall brand-lingo territory. Through your work, you enable your co-workers to understand how your analytically founded thinking can be brought into visible processes or assets that drive progress.
In addition to the Corporate Brand Strategy Team, you will be collaborating closely with our Creative Development & Operations team and Design & Execution team to meet the needs from colleagues around the organisation to deliver on-brand communication assets that express Danske Banks brand story and identity in the best possible way. And you will be part of the wider community in Group Sustainability, Stakeholder Relations, Communications, Marketing and Brand, taking part in cross-functional projects with colleagues with multiple backgrounds.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Drive the development of a portfolio of strategic corporate brand projects – from initial definition to implementation and amplification.
- Support the continuous improvement and development of the corporate brand strategy and strategic positioning
- Support the long-term planning for the Corporate Brand team
- Develop and enforce the needed corporate brand guidelines needed to, safeguard and reinforce the Danske Bank brand
- Help drive orchestration of corporate brand initiatives with our colleagues across the bank
