Description:
Solstice Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Strategy & Corporate Development Analyst for our energy services client located in Houston, Texas. This role reports to the VP of Finance and is responsible for Corporate Strategy, M&A, and Corporate Development functions. Role is HYBRID (3 days per week) in the office located in Northwest Houston.
- Base salary up to $135k DOE plus 10% bonus opportunity and benefits
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 5+ years experience in investment banking, Big 4 advisory or corporate development required; MBA preferred
- Experience with Strategy, M&A, and Corporate Development required
- Experience in the oil & gas sector strongly preferred
