Responsibilities:

As the Senior Strategy Director, you will play a pivotal role in steering our strategic projects and initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with our long-term goals, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in managing complex projects and reporting to executive leadership.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans that drive business growth and operational efficiency for our 5 divisions (low voltage motors, High voltage motors, Drives, solutions and services)
  • Project Management: Lead and oversee strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Proactive Initiatives: Proactively initiate new business ideas, projects and initiatives for competitiveness and growth, leveraging technological advancements to drive the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitors’ moves, opportunities and threats, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the success of strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging creative solutions and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective communication.
  • Project Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
