Responsibilities:
- You will have the opportunity to get involved with a variety of different business cases, strategic deliverables, and performance outlooks throughout the year
- Oversee the monthly forecasting process of TBM BI team and monthly financial performance update to the senior and the executive leadership team
- Organize and facilitate governance forums with multiple stakeholders from BI, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams
- Spearhead executive-level storytelling and deck building by cutting through the noise and synthesizing complex information into simple, meaningful recommendations. This includes but is not limited to monthly and quarterly updates to the senior leadership team and also participates in SMB strat check programs
- Collaborate with Strategy, Planning, Marketing, Sales, and Business Intelligence teams to minimize areas of risk, execute on areas of opportunity, and ensure alignment between KPI commitments and actual results
- Collaborate with various BI Team Managers and lead the development of TBM BI overall strategic plan and semi-annual strategic reviews
- Develop scenario-based analyses and make strategic recommendations to the Senior Leadership tea
