- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with the ability to transform the complex into the simple via multiple mediums - verbal, written and visual
- Demonstrate a growth mindset, are a proactive, high-performing individual and thrive in the fast-paced and dynamic nature of this exciting business environment
- Experience in facilitation for all levels of leadership, including a high degree of comfort and confidence working directly with senior leaders

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams across TELUS to drive strategic initiatives that drive EBITDA growth
- Lead new and exciting projects, deep-dive data, drive business analyses/investigations, develop and present insights to senior leaders to support financial decision-making
- Work with all levels of leadership to create buy-in, alignment and a sense of urgency
- Work with our partners to identify cost saving opportunities to support prioritization and re-investment decisions
