Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our high performing team in Tauranga. We are looking for a talented chartered Engineer who enjoys managing and delivering on diverse and challenging projects, leading and mentoring, and contributing to the financial success of a business, if this sounds like you then we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
As our Senior Structural Engineer, you will lead the delivery of projects, as well as provide specialised technical expertise on complex residential and commercial projects.
Collaborate with the team in preparing preliminary designs, supervising detailed designs, managing on-site investigations, and monitoring and reporting on the progress of project delivery.
- Maintain strong working relationships with all clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors
- Produce proposals and further develop our business achieving sustainable growth
- Manage all size projects, technical documentation, project scheduling, and meeting deadlines and budgets
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of overall company strategies
