PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field).
• Experience: 8+ years in structural engineering, ideally with experience in data centers or other mission-critical facilities.
• Proven track record of completing large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro for structural analysis.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and Tekla Structures for steel detailing.
• Familiarity with Eurocodes, BS EN standards, or relevant local/regional regulations.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities; excellent communication and team collaboration.
• Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) registration is highly advantageous. Additional certifications in seismic design or sustainability are a plus.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design and analysis of advanced AI data center facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity, safety, and cost-effectiveness of large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with architects, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and construction managers to deliver cohesive, high-quality designs that meet or exceed industry standards.
