We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Subscription and Payment Analyst to oversee and optimize our subscription and payment data. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing subscription trends and payment data to provide actionable insights that drive our business forward. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Extensive experience working with recurring revenue models and high-priced subscription products
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar BI tools)
  • Excellent understanding of subscription business models and key financial metrics
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with financial modeling and forecasting beneficial

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze subscription and payment data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations Identify, monitor and track early indicators of healthy and unhealthy customer behaviors to address potential churn proactively
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into subscription
  • Collaborate with finance, marketing, and product teams to provide insights that support strategic decision-making
  • Spar with product teams on designing, implementing, and evaluating experiments to test strategies aimed at improving customer retention
  • Conduct cohort analysis to understand customer behavior and lifecycle
  • Identify and analyze factors affecting churn and develop strategies to improve customer retention
  • Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on retention and adoption
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in subscription and payment analysis
