SENIOR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS REPRESENTATIVE - DUBLIN

We’re looking for a Senior Subscription Renewals Representative candidate with experience in renewals, up-selling, and closing software contracts to join our team in Dublin (hybrid model).
You will report to the Subscription Renewals Manager.
You will increase renewal sales for assigned account(s) across the European region (including Ireland, the UK, Benelux, and Nordics).

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES? HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Educate customers on business practices and associated contractual implications.
  • Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements.
  • Must meet sales goals such as quota and upsell requirements, via existing customers and referrals.
  • Maintain account team relationships by working with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers.
  • Manage contract renewal plans.
  • Document of customer contact and activity data in CRM/Marketing Software, including details such as names, titles, contact information, opportunity value, product specifics, sales stages, probability, business challenges, and future commitments.
  • Maintain contract revenue base at highest possible retention rate and protect contract revenue stream.
  • Ensure contract renewal and promote awareness of upgrade and add-on opportunities to customers
  • Read and process metadata to understand customer usage.
  • Ensure competitiveness of our maintenance contracts.
  • Create sales plans based off customer needs and usage data.
  • Meet sales goals such as quota and productivity requirements.
  • Maintain account team relationships and transfer leads
  • At this level, incumbents are assigned more complex and strategically important, or revenue size renewal opportunities.

ROLE ESSENTIALS

  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • University degree or equivalent work experience
