• Ideally a Master’s Degree in Marine / Naval Engineering / Mechanical or similar. Bachelor’s degree with broad relevant experience may also be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with subsea structures, manifolds, subsea systems or operations.
• Strong collaboration, Communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A structured and systematic mindset, with a strong commercial acumen.
• Openness to travel occasionally when required.
• Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken.
