Responsibilities:
- Contribute technically and/or functionally towards transformation projects upgrading the underlying technology stack and architecture
- Technically lead agile projects in the HR area
- Analyze and contextualize customer requirements for HR processes, identifying areas of improvements that generate technical and/or business value
- Design and implement frameworks and technology solutions based on best practices
- Support during rollout and release phases
- Support the maintenance and issue resolution of the productive HR applications
- Apply state of the art project methods, tools and contribute to their continuous development
