A well-established mid-sized Consultancy in Germany with around 100 employees is seeking two experienced SuccessFactors Consultants: one specialist in Employee Central and another in Performance and Goals.
Joining a small, dynamic team of SuccessFactors specialists, you’ll be part of a young, collaborative, and low-hierarchy environment dedicated to impactful HR transformations. As a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant you will offer comprehensive services, from pre-sales through to post-implementation support, with a diverse client base across both domestic and international markets.
This is not a typical Consultancy environment – there are no targets or variable bonuses, but rather a focus on meaningful client work in a truly flat hierarchy. Support from your line manager is always available, creating a genuinely supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert Consulting services in your specialised module, from hands-on configuration to successful project delivery
• Mentor junior Consultants to encourage growth and development within the team
• Take on responsibilities in various projects, ensuring effective client outcomes

Role Requirements:

• Senior-level experience with hands-on configuration skills, particularly in Employee Central or Performance and Goals
• Previous experience of implementing SuccessFactors, either as a Consultant or in-house resource
• Fluent German is essential, with a willingness to work frequently in English due to common international rollouts
• SuccessFactors certifications are preferred but not mandatory; significant in-house experience will be equally considered
