Description:
Responsibilities:
- You have a construction related degree and 25+ years of experience as a superintendent in construction
- You have worked on a variety of large scale ICI projects
- You have experience with building envelope
- You have an advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control and engineering drawings
- You have the ability to quickly identify problem situations, evaluate alternative causes, produce workable solutions and lead a large team to successful completion
- You have strong scheduling experience with a proven ability to develop, maintain and execute both long term and short term schedules
- You are comfortable working with computers and previous experience with scheduling software
- You must have CISD Secret clearance
