The Opportunity:
Join our team as an experienced Senior Supervisor - Complex Drainage based in our Auckland Region.
Bringing your vast well-rounded knowledge of complex drainage, you will drive operational delivery along with your crew into the expansion and restoration for our network of pipes, wastewater reticulation systems, pump stations and treatment plants.
This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for delivering complex drainage to the next level. An agile but practical approach is required, as you will shift between the grunt of day to day operations focus, supporting managers and providing troubleshooting, to attending project reviews and providing rigor around tender methodology pricing. Recommending alternatives and advising on project objectives to ensure compliance with contract specifications and regulatory requirements are your strengths.

- Provide feasibility and site analysis across drainage operations to various stakeholders
- Provide monitory compliance and advancing safety practices on all projects
- Ensure timely procurement and budgeting of resources for effective cost management and profitability

We’re looking for someone with:
- Relevant qualifications as a Drainlayer is advantageous
- Minimum 5 years in complex drainage and pipelaying project delivery
- Proven experience in drilling and micro tunneling operations is preferred
- Proven experience in people management including forming and building teams
- Hold a Class 2 License and WTR Endorsement is ideal
- Be able to interpret and deliver against plans
- Relevant experience within the industry principals and practical applications
