Description:
Title: Senior Supervisor, Production (Pick & Pack)
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (9 AM - 6:00 PM) Could switch from Wednesday - Sunday base on business needs (flexibility required)
Location: Mississauga, ON
We are looking for a senior supervisor who will lead a team of supervisors, team leads and associates in an AM shift . Reporting to the Production Manager this role will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in plating & fulfillment and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Works directly with the Manager(s) to resolve issues, escalations, and build corrective actions and act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the production manager.
- Work closely with other departments ( kitchen, sanitation, warehouse, maintenance etc. ) to achieve operational objectives and weekly targets.
- Accountable for key production controls and metrics, including (but not limited to) Safety - Near misses, incidents, Hazard identification, Labor efficiency, Production errors, Product quality, Waste reduction, On-time delivery, Employee engagement.
- Facilitate training for new and existing employees in production to ensure strong understanding and adherence to standard operating procedures , work instructions.
- Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring a clean and organized area, fully maintained equipment . The work area must achieve compliance with global DC standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in the production facility by engaging team members and broader stakeholders in identifying opportunities, facilitating root-cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and delivering positive and focused change.
- Work in compliance with OH&S acts and CFIA regulations.
- Defining and drafting the SOPs and Work instructions for the production processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
