POSITION:

We are seeking for Senior Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team based in Southall, West London.
- To deputize & provide cover in the absence of the Logistics & Senior Supply Chain Managers
- Monitor inbound EU & UK domestic transport flows.
- Support the management of the Supply chain administrative teams and functions to ensure efficient cost effective and timely deliveries of all products to all customer sectors.
- Contribute to continual review and continuous improvement projects.
- Review & liaise with colleagues advising if stock is maintained, with a view to trouble shoot and communicate where necessary potential service / efficiency or none efficiency.
- Associate UK&I warehouse platforms and updating the relevant system platform:
- Verifying and confirming stock movements made via each relevant platform
- Ensuring dispatch paperwork is correct to Customer requirements
- Producing standard Management Reports and KPIs on request
- Receipt, planning and booking of orders to enable successful daily distribution
- Relevant coordination with Hauliers and Customer representatives where necessary
- Creating logistics route schedules
- Respond effectively to queries relating to customer orders and deliveries including customer complaints
- Managing non-conformances related to stock movements
- Daily processing of delivered orders to initiate Invoicing
- Detailed investigation of all claims received, through to completion
- Support management of pooled pallets (i.e. CHEP, LPR etc.)
- Support allocation and deployment to 3PL
- Support management of raw materials
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the workflow
- PODs management with support to Accounts / Credit Control queries
- Reporting of stockholding in 3PL platforms
- Work together to ensure a satisfactory service level is reached for the whole UK&I Customer base
REQUIREMENTS:
- High level of analytical skill
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Relevant stock control and distribution experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Effectively communicate in English (both verbally and in writing) and to understand requests from all levels and external people
- Good level of numeracy
