Leading supply chain and omnichannel commerce experts, Manhattan Associates are looking for a Support Consultant to join its expanding UK office.
Job Description
Part of a multicultural team, your role is to guarantee client satisfaction and ensure the well-functioning of our solutions. You will have opportunity to work for clients from various industries including retail distribution, luxury, industrial, eCommerce, automotive, pharmaceutical, etc. This is the perfect role for you to build solid functional and technical foundation before taking a next step challenge in our organization.
This role will analyse and resolve functional issues that arise post implementation in connection with supply chain software solutions. In addition, this role will work with analysts to provide issue resolution utilizing supply chain technologies and perform testing of client specific enhancements in a timely manner. The primary activities of the position include client communication, testing, issues resolution, and post implementation support. To achieve all of these, you will be trained and accompanied by our Support team in the UK

- People person, you have experience of client-facing and excellent client management skills and good team spirit
- Analytical, you have strong rigor and rigor in work
- Experience in troubleshooting, application support
- Understand Database concepts and techno cloud
- Fluent in English. Another European language would be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or another numerate discipline, or equivalent through business experience
- The flexibility to work at customer locations up to 30%, sometimes for prolonged engagements within the EMEA region.
