The Senior Support Consultant role is critical to Manhattan’s ongoing customer success and engagement. This role works with clients subscribed to Manhattan cloud-based solutions, troubleshooting issues, and managing client enhancements including design, testing, issues resolution, post implementation support and budget management. This role will analyze functional issues, working closely with analysts, R&D and Cloud Ops to provide resolution. The Senior Support Consultant role requires regular contact with clients, distributes project status frequently and serves as a project manager, with day-to-day responsibility for ensuring that their clients achieve productivity targets by providing expertise on cloud-based solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Four-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
- 2 years of experience developing, supporting, or implementing Cloud-based software
- Must be a people person with prior experience being client-facing and excellent client management skills with good team spirit
- Working knowledge of cloud-based solutions
- Requires up to 20% travel.
- Fluency in Spanish and English. Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus
- No restrictions on travel to the United States
