Description:

The team consists of a mix of IT and Operations specialists, who work collaboratively as one team to maintain all software and hardware across the business. This includes Qube, a property management software, which underpins the entire company’s operations. The team supports all of the Company’s office and site-based staff with end user IT and software requests, as well as diagnosing and resolving any reported issues.
Working alongside other co-ordinators, this role will primarily be operational, focusing on providing 1st line Qube user support, data management, and ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
As a Senior Support Co-ordinator, you will provide business maturity with a coaching mindset in order to impart knowledge and effectively delegate to the team
