Responsibilities:

As a Support Engineer Microsoft, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the customer using Microsoft products, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be in charge of troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems and deliver valuable solutions.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues, working closely with customers to understand the root cause of the problem.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues by analyzing system configurations, logs, and error messages.
  • Continuously improving troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures by sharing best practices and feedback with the team.
  • Creating and maintaining internal and external knowledge base articles to improve problem resolution efficiency.
  • Working closely with other teams (e.g., development, product management, and quality assurance) to improve products based on customer feedback and field insights.
  • Staying updated with new Microsoft product features, enhancements, and updates.
