Senior Support Worker - Independent Living Services

We are looking for a Experienced Support Worker (Internally known as a Support Co-Ordinator) who shares our purpose, to join our expanding Independent Living Services Team where we house and support young people 16+ under Local Authority Care across Gloucestershire.
We have properties in predominately Cheltenham and Gloucester and we need people who are flexible to work from any of these locations.
We are looking for someone to work Full-time (37.5 hours per week) or Part-time on a rota basis (minimum 15 hours per week). We need people who are flexible to work varying shifts including mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.
We provide bespoke support packages to suit a broad range of young people ranging from 24/7 to a few hours per week. Our focus is to provide the highest quality of support in line with Ofsted Standards. We aim to enhance individuals’ independence skills, empowering them to advance their aspirations with greater confidence and capability.
