Description:
SENIOR SUSTAINABILITY ANALYST STANDARDS & POLICIES
As part of the Standards team, you will cooperate with colleagues across Rabobank to develop our Group-wide sustainability ambitions and plans, by driving sustainability policy development and implementation. With this, you contribute to our mission ‘Growing a better world together’.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate the development of policy updates on key sustainability topics, such as human rights, animal welfare, or climate
- Align with stakeholders internally and facilitate external stakeholder consultation
- Support the implementation of sustainability policies
- Prepare decision-making in, among others, (senior) internal stakeholder meetings
- Enable project & change management activities
The Standards team ensures that the guidance from strategy, sustainability expertise, regulations, and commitments, among others, is executed in sustainability standards, client- and credit processes.
