We’re looking for a candidate who:
- Has a chartered status
- BSc qualified in sustainability or other relevant discipline.
- Understanding of the principles of sustainable development, including for example, the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the Well-Being of Future Generations (Wales) Act.
- Possess BREEAM Assessor, BREEAM, LEED or WELL Accredited Professional status.
- Experience of carrying out whole life carbon WLCA analysis using OneClick or similar software.
- Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams.

The role will see you:
- taking a leading role in delivering sustainability analysis and advice, environmental and carbon assessments across a range of projects
- developing our clients aspirations towards Net Zero Carbon
- having responsibility for the delivery of sustainability on our projects, including bespoke strategies as well as assessment methodologies including BREEAM, LEED, WELL, Fitwel
- reviewing documentation provided by project teams, assessing this against the project’s targets and providing feedback
- assisting in preparing bids and proposals for new work and attending site visits to review progress against sustainability target
