We are looking for a Senior Sustainability Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect. Create added value for a healthy life on a healthy planet.

Job Description

ABOUT YOUR TASKS:

  • Materiality Analysis: You continuously develop our double materiality assessment, integrating stakeholders’ perspectives more deeply (e.g., upstream supply chain) and enhancing data-driven evaluations (e.g. dedicated risk assessments)
  • Sustainability Strategy & Compliance (CSRD): You collaborate with other departments to develop and refine sustainability targets, policies and actions. You oversee the implementation of these initiatives to ensure ongoing progress and compliance
  • External Reporting (CSRD): You take ownership of sustainability statements integrated in our annual report, managing internal review and approval processes, and coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance
  • Internal Reporting & Governance: You manage sustainability goals across departments by preparing top management presentations and independently creating dashboards. You link quantitative data to our strategic goals and highlight key achievements
  • Process Innovation & Development: You drive the development of new processes in collaboration with other departments, support change initiatives, and provide expert advice on opportunities for improvement
