We currently have an exciting opportunity within the Greater Cambridge Shared Planning Service, to work in our busy Built and Natural Environment service as a Senior Sustainability Officer. You will have the chance to provide technical advice on a wide range of both residential and commercial planning applications, including major developments on matters related to sustainable design and construction and the role of planning in responding to climate change. In addition, you will have an enthusiastic, supportive team around you to help you grow and develop your career in planning.

We are looking for motivated and well -organised individuals with a good level of experience of applying the principles of sustainable design and construction to a wide range of development types of varying complexity. Excellent customer service skills are a must as well being a team player.
