Senior Sweet & Beverage Application & Portfolio Technologist, Oceania
As a Senior Sweet & Beverage Application & Portfolio Technologist, you will be responsible for both flavour application R&D and manage portfolio library of flavours and Natural solutions as a subject matter expert. You will spearhead various key projects independently including formulation and application of new product development, modification of existing product and prototypes and drive commercialisation. You will conduct sensory evaluation, maintain and organized flavour portfolio library accordingly to support the portfolio hub and key customers for successful deliverables. You will act as the key direct technical contact to build stronger and trusted partnerships with key customers internally and externally. With your strong technical knowledge, creativity and innovation, you will develop total finished product solutions to key customers to drive and deliver business continuity success. You will report directly to Technical Director, Food & Beverage.
Lastly, nothing is worth getting hurt for, all members of the business are expected to be safety leaders. You will always uphold and maintain a safe working environment especially handling dangerous goods. Wearing appropriate PPE and following related procedures to ensure safety of themselves and others.
