As a Senior Systems Analyst / Senior Tech Business Analyst in the Business Digital & Engineering Team, you’ll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on technical skills, data analysis, and system functional and non-functional analysis.
- A strong background in financial services or professional services is desirable.
- Extensive experience with JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies.
- A deep understanding of technology and business systems, both strategically and operationally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members
