Responsibilities:

EDI Implementation, Operations and Maintenance

  • Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new trading partners onto the EDI platform.
  • Configure, test, and troubleshoot EDI transactions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Monitor and maintain EDI systems, resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific EDI standards and requirements.

Trading Partners Communication:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with trading partners, addressing their EDI-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with trading partners to exchange EDI documents efficiently.
  • Assist in the resolution of discrepancies or issues related to EDI transactions.

Documentation and Training:

  • Develop and maintain EDI documentation, including trading partner agreements and implementation guides.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and trading partners on EDI processes and procedures.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize EDI processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and system improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in EDI.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations related to EDI.
  • Generate reports and analytics on EDI performance and document exchange.
