YOUR CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES ARE TO…

  • Main focal point between SRS & the IT group within Shell IDT for the respective region
  • Manages all SRS retained applications*, and ensuring application controls and governance aligns to the Shell Performance Framework
  • Systems, Server, Network Infrastructure Management and Administration
  • Work closely with the Department Head to provide recommendations on ways to continuously consolidate and streamline IT processes and applications within each region
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance capabilities, while aligning with the Shell Performance Framework
  • Manage relationships with Technology vendors and service providers
  • Manage IT Billing and Renewals
  • Supports Compliance Team within the SRS org for policies surrounding our applications, i.e. BAO, System Owner
  • Supports CyberDefense with Incident and Security Management
  • Contributes to ISO 27001 and PCI DSS evidence gathering and collection
  • Manages the documentation surrounding our applications
  • Administer and govern the office Audio Visual, Conference Rooms, and physical security hardware (badge readers, CCTV)
  • Service Desk/ Help Desk Point of Contact for the respective region
