Description:

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Represent Enterprise Technology to form strong working relationships with Supply Chain staff that own the core inventory processes locally, regionally, and globally
  • Triage, guide, and assist business stakeholders to resolutions for production issues that block operations
  • Communicate enhancements and changes to stakeholders so that cross-functional teams are aligned to new processes and have an opportunity to provide feedback for improvements
  • Create and execute a roadmap for ongoing application and integration improvements that will reduce transactional errors and streamline inventory and revenue processes
  • Form strong working relationships with your Peloton peers and across the IT organization
  • Document and analyze current business processes and underlying systems/applications
  • Become the subject matter expert in order and inventory transaction flows
  • Provide business analysis and testing support for system changes
  • Identify opportunities for system and integration enhancements that could optimize efficiency

Responsibilities:

Peloton’s Enterprise Technology organization in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to support the supply chain teams as we continue to grow. You will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our warehouse and transportation management systems, with a strong focus on improving inventory accuracy and reducing friction points between integrated systems. In this role, you should feel comfortable analyzing, diagnosing, and influencing system process problems, while developing business requirements for strategic projects and new solutions. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise to recommend and test system changes. With a strong emphasis on collaboration and data-driven decision making, you’ll be at the forefront of creating best-in-class supply chain operations while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
