Description:
- 8+ years Experience in OpenText Content Server, Archive Centre
- Preferably experience with Brava or Intelligent Viewer
- Preferably in AWS Technology
- Kubernetes experience is a benefit.
- Communication skills to conduct system requirements workshop to create System Design Specs (Architecture Design, System Sizing, Security Groups)
- Manage multiple projects on setting Content Server, Archive Centre (Install and Configure on environment of complex servers like high availability)
- Hardening of Servers to mitigate security vulnerabilities
- Capable of optimizing performance-related queries.
- Understand and gather Content Server and Archive Centre logs for diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Product patch maintenance and server health maintenance are important tasks.
- Require to support system as needed & Knowledge of Database and Good Troubleshooting Skills
