Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Senior Aircraft Integration Engineer to join our team.

As a Senior Aircraft Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of the following systems in accordance with the relevant regulations and standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • The assessment and modification of existing Aircraft Electrical Systems to integrate Hydrogen Fuel Cell Powertrains into aircraft.
  • Development of new Electrical Wiring Interconnect System (EWIS) Design and processes working with novel systems such as High Voltage Electrical Systems and Hydrogen Fuel Supply’s
  • The integration of new Cockpit Systems including the Human Machine Interface (HMI), to monitor and control the integrated powertrain

-Design and develop using Siemens NX software and available tools:-

  • Cockpit Systems and Installation,
  • Aircraft Electrical Systems and Installation
  • Aircraft modifications, and repairs
  • Perform analysis and testing of Cockpit & Aircraft electrical systems and installations and components to verify compliance with specifications and requirements
  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure quality and conformity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on aircraft issues and problems using diagnostic equipment and tools.
  • Supporting and conducting safety assessments and analyses in line with ARP4754B and ARP4761
  • Prepare and maintain drawings, documentation, records, and reports in accordance with the applicable procedures and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other engineers, technicians, and operators.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments, best practices and aerospace applicable requirements.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience using Siemens NX Software
  • Electro-mechanical systems integration experience
  • Minimum 5 years systems engineering experience
  • Applicable degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
  • Knowledge of Aircraft design principals
  • Ability to produce and check engineering drawings
  • Knowledge of V&V process for certification of design

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lead a delivery team
  • Project management experience with track record in delivering on-time, budget and quality
