As a Senior Engineer within the IT Operations Team, you will be responsible for a wide range of on-premise and cloud-based applications, systems, and services. Working to best practice standards, you will use your knowledge and experience to maintain high levels of availability and reliability and to provide expert advice and support to other staff.

• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online/On-Prem, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Intune
• Manage and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including certificate enrolment verification, and revocation
• Manage and maintain storage systems, including Storage Area Networks
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve faults or problems, liaising with third parties when require
