POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a Senior Tableau Developer to support a large client in the US. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a professional data analytics role, be certified in Tableau Desktop.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of Tableau Desktop is required
• Experience and familiarity with Tableau Server is a plus
• Experience and familiarity with Alteryx is a plus
• Professional communication skills are required
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• A self-driven problem solver
• Understanding of complex data structures, data analytics and statistics

• Listen the customer, understand their needs and build the dashboard accordingly
• Understanding best practices of formatting, source data to be consumed by Tableau
• Build interactive dashboards
• Build infographics and map images in Tableau
• Knowledge of the Tableau Analytics and how it works
• Knowledge of the Tableau Platform as a whole
• Ability to recommend best visualizations based on the data being displayed
• Experienced in performance tunning and handling large amounts of data
• Experience developing complex workbooks/reports
• Experience deploying workbooks/reports
• Ability to build professional looking dashboards
