REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment
  • Strong team player
  • Fluent in English (at least C1 level)
  • Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure with strict timelines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, client focused and proactive
  • Experience working with an ATS & LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong IT literacy, including Word & Excel

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting suitable candidates for open positions in the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
