Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment and staffing components for competitive DFAT- funded proposals, including managing and being accountable for the entire recruitment process for assigned bids, both in capture and live bid phases.
  • Full lifecycle recruiting for senior program positions to include developing recruiting strategy, passively sourcing candidates, drafting scopes of work and advertisements, screening CVs, conducting interviews, reference checking, generating offer recommendations to include equity analysis, and negotiating compensation packages.
  • Routinely engage with proposal teams by setting expectations related to the Talent Acquisition process while ensuring accountability.
  • Employ a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques to identify a high-quality diverse candidate pool for key personnel.
  • Contribute to Abt’s Talent Acquisition overall strategy and initiative for building team leader and technical lead pipelines and securing top talent.
  • Ensure representation and networking with all key external actors regarding new business development recruitment.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Abt Australia leadership on APAC related recruitment marketing and acquisition strategy
  • Serve as initial escalation point for development talent acquisition solutions for programs.
  • Manage recruitment agencies used to support corporate recruitment.
