About the Role
We currently have a 12 month fixed-term opportunity for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition partner person to join our evolving Talent Acquisition team.
The key purpose of the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is to driving a People Centric talent experience (PX) through end-to-end recruitment, ensuring they are identifying, attracting, and securing talent to meet our business needs.They will be required to positively play a part in influencing the AGL brand as an Employer of Choice and embrace a Diverse and Inclusive culture.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will design and implement creative recruitment campaigns/strategies to attract and secure the rare and hard to find talent through proactive searches, market mapping and talent pooling.
  • Ensuring the candidate experience is prioritised throughout the hiring process.
  • Building credibility as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders to influence best practice hiring decisions.
  • Implementing proactive search strategies to attract the best talent.
  • Playing an active role on social media to grow your own professional brand and promote AGL as an employer of choice.
  • Contributing to identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives/projects.
  • Supporting AGL’s Diversity and Inclusion agenda.

About You

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Extensive talent acquisition experience in a large, complex organisation
  • Proven experience in partnering with stakeholders to Executive level.
  • Emotional intelligence, combined with the communication skills to build quality partnerships with hiring leaders and candidates. Experience in partnering with leaders and P&C to build capability to meet talent needs.
  • Strong presence on social media, driving employer brand and D&I D
  • Demonstrated success in proactive sourcing and minimising agency usage.
  • An ability to apply critical thinking and judgement to solve problems.
  • Proven ability to operate compliantly within established processes, yet comfortable to challenge the status quo.
  • Enthusiasm to embrace change.
